She began her career in the oil and gas industry, later transitioning to the banking sector with Barclays Bank. Throughout her journey, Laila has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic vision, and a passion for innovation, contributing to various ventures across multiple industries in the UAE and beyond.

Carla Abou Jaoude

Strategic and creative professional with over 18 years of experience in advertising, TV production, banking, and the NGO sectors. Possesses expertise in project management, corporate social responsibility (CSR), green initiatives, market research, customer surveys, and corporate writing. Holds a BA in Communications and Media Studies from the Académie Libanaise des Beaux-Arts (ALBA) in Beirut and Camberwell College of Arts in London. Earned an international degree in Marketing from London. Skilled in managing international brands and content creation. In addition, as an advocate for youth empowerment, she supports and guides students in work-study opportunities.

Sagar Siddik, an award-winning Investment Banker with over 16 years of global experience, has received multiple awards for his achievements across sectors including M&A, JVs, corporate finance, and fundraising, handling transactions exceeding 1 billion USD. Sagar’s expertise spans talent acquisition and operational management, including restructuring and policy development for large-cap firms and startups. Skilled in tools like Greenhouse and Oracle, he advises VCs, PE funds, family offices, and royal families, offering strategic guidance on integration, fundraising, and exit strategies. A dedicated philanthropist, Sagar actively engages in disaster relief and crisis support and is also a sought-after keynote speaker at various corporate events, summits, and universities. his professional pursuits, Sagar is deeply committed to philanthropy, actively engaged in providing assistance during times of disasters and natural crises. Sagar started his career with Rothschild London and has also worked as an Associate Director with Edelweiss Capital. Sagar Siddik is an alumnus of Middlesex University, London, United Kingdom. He also holds positions at Park Lane Capital, Swiss GmbH Venture Capital (Graypes.com), and early stage investor at multiple successful tech organisations

Dr. Nikita Hari
Dr. Hari is an academic Gold Medalist, scientist and gold medalist for both her Masters and undergraduate. Dr. Hari is listed in the ‘Top 50 women in engineering in UK’ and is an invited Global Ambassador for the Queen Elizabeth Prize for Engineering, also TED x Speaker for Cambridge University.
Dr. Hari heads the technology and ed-tech business of Park Lane.

Dr.Saeeda Ahmed
 Dr. Ahmed is the member of the ‘The 2% Club (Top 2% of women leaders and decision makers in UK) and is also an alumni of Cambridge University. Dr. Ahmed is a thought leader and entrepreneur successfully spanning over 20 years of solution driven projects which benefit the economy, society and industry. What drives her passion is lasting, sustainable change for society and the economy. She has designed successful labour market programs which meets the needs of industry, the economy and society. Extensively networked and a solutions driven with proven results. Dr. Ahmed is involved on a global level on the development and growth of the halal economy from a ethical and socially responsible model perspective. She has extensive contacts with British and European businesses and networks in halal supply chains. This includes food and drink, cosmetics, fashion, pharmaceutical, consultancy and financial services. Dr. Ahmed has spearheaded a global partnership with key Malaysian industry and educational.

Noorain has completed her Masters of Architecture from Iaac university, Spain. She has over 10 years of experience in project supply. A true professional with experience in managing large MNC clients.

Dr. Ahmed is a veteran entrepreneur and healthcare professional with over 7 years of experience. Dr. Ahmed has completed her MS in Biomedical Science, DDS with an advanced specializes in Global Health and rural development and is an alumni of Ohio State University. Dr. Ahmed manages client relations of Park Lane in US region.
