Terms and Conditions
Park Lane School of Management & Research offers undergraduate and postgraduate transfer programs to top UK Universities. By enrolling in any program offered by the Institution, students agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Enrolment
1.1. To enrol in a program, students must meet the eligibility criteria specified by the Institution.
1.2. The Institution reserves the right to refuse enrolment to any student without providing a reason.
2. Program Details
2.1. The Institution offers undergraduate and post-graduate transfer programs that allow students to complete levels 3,4,5,6&7 with the Institution and transfer to a number of top UK Universities other universities globally.
2.2. Program details, including curriculum, fees, and duration, are subject to change at the discretion of the Institution.
3. Fees and Payment
3.1. Tuition fees for each program are specified by the Institution and are payable in accordance with the payment schedule provided.
3.2. Failure to pay tuition fees may result in the student being withdrawn from the program.
4. Academic Progress
4.1. Students are required to maintain satisfactory academic progress throughout the program.
4.2. The Institution may terminate a student’s enrolment if they fail to meet academic requirements.
5. Code of Conduct
5.1. Students are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that upholds the reputation of the Institution.
5.2. Any behaviour deemed unacceptable by the Institution may result in disciplinary action, including termination of enrolment.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. All intellectual property developed by students during the program belongs to the Institution.
6.2. Students must not use any intellectual property of the Institution without prior permission.
7. Privacy
7.1. The Institution collects and processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
7.2. Personal data will only be used for the purposes specified by the Institution and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
8. Termination
8.1. The Institution reserves the right to terminate a student’s enrolment for reasons including but not limited to non-payment of fees, academic misconduct, or breach of these Terms and Conditions.
9. Governing Law
9.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [jurisdiction].
9.2. Any dispute arising under these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts decided by the Institution.
